NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming, let's break it down… 

Neuro - How we experience the outside world. Some people are more visual, some more auditory, and some are more kinesthetic (meaning they experience the world through feelings). Everyone experiences the world in their own unique way, and one is not better than the other.

Linguistic - How our mind stores information, experiences, and how it creates a language within itself. This can be through pictures, sounds, and feelings. This is completely specific to each person, and not one way is better than the other.

Programming - Discovering and using these programs, languages and strategies at a subconscious level so we can model excellence through our beliefs and habits so we can create the results we want in our life.

NLP in a nutshell is the study of understanding the basic language of our minds to consistently achieve the results we want in life. How cool is that!

NLP is a very wide study to what we are covering today is the tip of the iceberg, but you're going to leave this episode feeling like you can already apply all of these concepts we’re talking about so you can start shifting and reframing to achieve the life you want.
