Get Unstuck!

 

We all know that at one point or another we have felt STUCK. The truth is that feeling stuck is simply a frame of mind, it's the way we are seeing things and we’re always in a box. I always talk about how we’re in a box and perception is projection. And basically what that means is that we will see more of what we want to see. So if we’re seeing ourselves stuck then everywhere we look, we see scarcity and more walls. The universe is actually there to prove to us what we believe and so it really boils down to changing our internal dialog and our belief.  I truly believe that until the day we die we are creating our life based on the internal perception we have of our world, and if we believe that we live in an abundant universe where there is abundant, infinite and endless opportunities, that's what we’re going to see and experience. But if we live with the mentality of there's problems everywhere we turn and that life is out to get us then that's exactly what we will experience. 

 

Life is valleys and mountains, and we’re going to have the moments that are valleys. And what's really cool is that if we still remain in that abundance mindset through the hard parts in life, then you're going to learn more from the situations and you're going to come out of it bigger, brighter, and maybe even faster. So what it really boils down to is that the way we think really shapes the way that we perceive things and the way that things happen to us. I’m not going to lie, I’m not perfect. The whole reason that my business exists is because of my own journey of transformation, and I'm still on that journey and I’m sure I will be until the day I die. 

 

So it all really comes down to our internal dialogue, and whether we have a scarcity dialogue or an abundance dialogue. In a more simplistic way, I always think to myself that I want to be more solution focused. If I'm feeling stuck in a solution I'm going to ask myself, where do I see solutions? When you have a problem it's actually an opportunity to shift what you are doing and do it even better. Now what if you're feeling low vibe and you're really feeling stuck in your business and life? You're in that really low valley and it's hard to get out of bed. So how do you get out of feeling that way? Personally I really love breathwork to move that energy out of my body, because breathwork really allows you to flush and cleanse your whole body mentally, physically, and spiritually from all that negative stagnant energy without having to associate it with whatever you're feeling. So you have to face whatever it is that you're feeling because emotionally you're going through something. You have to face the thing, but you don't need to necessarily remember or know what caused that feeling in the first place. It's really just acknowledging that you feel like crap and instead of avoiding it by potentially eating your emotions or drinking yourself to sleep then instead we want to face it full on and feel through the feelings. Like yeah it isn't fun but honestly on the other side of it there is so much clarity and you will have a whole new sense of possibilities that get you unstuck.

 

So how do you feel the feelings? Through breathwork is one way which if you want and need some guidance on that, I have been posting some IGTVs on my account providing just that. If breathwork is not for you then you can literally just journal it out, cry it out, speak it out. It’s all about releasing that energy. In society we are so often told to suck it up, get back up, and keep going. I can't tell you how many times I've done that myself, which it worked at the moment, but all those emotions are getting bottled in and they're staying there until they have to come out. Whether that be later in a more explosive way or through a disease or an ailment in your body because it needs to come out one way or another. So you really want to find a way to have that release of emotion. 

 

If you want to get unstuck you need to feel those feelings, take actions so find a way to release, then ask yourself why are you feeling that? You can find the root cause to why you're feeling stuck. And sometimes it comes through and sometimes it doesn't. And when it doesn't it'll surface later. When you do find it, it's a matter of addressing it and moving on. How is it an opportunity to grow and learn? My mother always says to always keep your head up and find the light at the end of the tunnel. Because when we are so stuck in the trenches, we are in this negative spiral of one scarcity thought to the next. So how can we start planting these seeds of positive thoughts, abundant thoughts that are going to get you out and toward the end of the tunnel. Then you start with one little positive thought hat then triggers another and another and another. 

 

One of the reasons I was getting stuck in my business was because I kept looking at what other people were doing. We all do it, whether it's in your business, career, competing in a sport, or even with what we wear. Society structures us so that we can compare ourselves and each other. SOCIAL MEDIA. We are all looking at the trends, watching what others are doing, are we cool? Are we not? When we are constantly looking at other peoples stuff and comparing ourselves to other people, and looking at what they're doing and belittling ourselves, what we are doing is taking steps back into feeling stuck. It's when we stay in our own lane and stay in the place we’re in in this journey, is when we find abundance and feel unstuck. Yes, you can look at others stuff, but remain objective. Do not compare yourself, you need to keep an abundant mindset, rather than sticking yourself in this box.
