I know the topic of manifestation gets thrown around often,but i genuinely think it's good that this is a common topic that we are all talking about because it is truly possible for anyone and everyone to manifest what they want in their life. The trick is that we can't get impatient and that everything's meant to happen in its own timing. We can't control the time and shape in which we receive things. However you can control what you attract into your life. So today we’re going to simplify this process step by step so that you can start implementing these steps every single moment of your life. Because your life is a compilation of small decisions that you have made from the time you wake up in the morning and decide if you're hitting snooze or not to deciding if you get your workout done today or leaning into fear. It's the smallest decisions that compound into what your life is today. Now if youre reading this and thinking well Fuck im my worst enemy, I ewnat you to take all those thoughts and right it on a piece of paper and crumble it up. Get rid of all that negativity so we can move forward because when we are in that mindset of blaming ourselves we are not in the mindset to manifest because we’re being negative and not in a high vibe state.
So in whatever form you choose, Clear the state. I typically like to journal especially when I feel sluggish. I like to write all of my limiting beliefs and being able to write them and see them helps me process them. Because these negative thoughts all have a story or experience that come with them. They all carry something and we have to process them so seeing it, feeling it then crossing it out, or crumbling up the paper and then choose a more empowered belief. Which is a lot of what we are going through today. In order to prime you to become a really magnetic individual to attract all the things you want into your life.
The first thing you want to do is gain the utmost clarity on what you want and as silly as that may sound I think this is the hardest piece. Which is funny because when you're starting your business that's the first thing you want to do is gain clarity on who you are serving, what you're serving them with and how you're serving them. Yet we are such dreamers that we tend to blow things out of proportion and want so much so quickly. I always tell my clients you want to start small, no successful business owner started with a million offers. They started with one offer and then one offer got them more and more. So same thing in life, if you want multiple things at once and that's totally fine then you need to be super clear on what it is. But also make sure that they are not conflicting.So a good example for this is, fitness and health. Everyone is always trying to get healthy and more fit. It's a very popular topic. We want to do these things but we are also committed to other things. So myself as an example: I want to eat clean and be fit but i'm also working 2 jobs and have social engagements it sometimes can be super hard to fit in the workout and eating clean. So in that sense myself, my subconscious mind and the universe says like okay are you really committed to getting this body that you are aspiring to get? It seems like you're more prioritizing socializing or doing your business and then through action if I don't take action then it shows that I'm not clear on where my priorities are.so if you want to see it in a more simplistic fashion then gaining clarity is getting clear on what your priorities are for what you are creating in your life. That just takes practice and constant awareness. And i always go back to awareness because when we are aware when we get to shift and change and choose a better path that is more beneficial to what we are getting or wanting to get.
So I mentioned the subconscious mind, when we have things that are superclear in our mind then our unconscious mind is working in the background to shift your beliefs to align with what we want. That's your background computer and if you've missed previous episodes i talk about this a lot. I'm fascinated by the subconscious mind. It's 99.9% of your thinking mind except you're unaware of all these things but that's where the magic happens. So one thing with clarity is that, with fitness specifically, i think to myself i want to be fitter and healthier. The way i am saying it is very positive, as opposed to if i say I don't want to be fat. Now all of a sudden, this can be interpreted the same to a lot of people that if I'm not fat then I'm skinny or more healthy. I don't think that skinny is healthy and fit at the same time. But it can be translated the same way especially with our societal norms. First of all saying it this way has a lower frequency, it's negative. And then also to our subconscious mind you're saying I'm scared of being fat therefore i'm going to start acting with this fear and naturally because your subconscious does not respond to negatives it's going to listen to I want to be fat. So what you want to do is always frame it in a positive way. You don't want to put energy toward what you don't want.
So if you're wanting to manifest something into your life you also have to trust in the universe, the energy around you and the people around you. So talking about the people around you, we often get disappointed by the people we love or the people that are around us because we build expectations and then we get disappointed and that's normal and just where we need to understand that we can't control the people around us. And we have to trust that what's happening is happening in the perfect way. I remember back before i met my husband i would date and i would build this expectation of what I wanted and be let down. But I would blame myself and think what did I do wrong. When in reality it's not what i was doing it's just that i can't control anything outside of my actions and my reactions. I think that a lot of us do this both in relationships and not, we expect people to be and do a certain way and when they don't then we get disappointed, angry, confrontational when at the end of the day we can only control ourselves and how we react to things. It's also super important to understand that there is a bigger, brighter, more majestic energy working in and around us, and trusting in that energy is so important.
I was stuck on the idea of what I want and I was forcing things because I didn't understand what we are talking about here. It wasn't until I released the need to control and release to need to have things now, because that's an attachment. We cannot decide when things happen to us, yes we can make movesand act upon something we want. I'm not saying sit in your ass and wait for things to happen to you because that's not how it works, if you follow my instagram and you know me then you know that i am a huge believer in leaning into fear and taking action. Having said that you can only control what is within you so your actions and reactions to everything outside of that you need to trust the energy around you. I know I rant on this but the reason I'm saying it is because it was very hard for me to understand, even though I grew up in a catholic church with faith I didn't understand what it meant to fully surrender. And I still sometimes revert to my more controlling self, but when I do it's like I'm gripping onto life and onto situations and actually suffering more. Which is what happens when we grip onto expectations and results. We are resistant to the flow and ease of life and in order to manifest we need to flow to the rhythm of life and honestly it's a game changer. When you learn to live to the rhythm everything is just so much easier.
So to review what we have gone through so far, you want to get super clear on what you want, and while surrendering and trusting the universe you want to ask for it, and the way that i do it is i kind of talk to myself, the universe or God, so kind of like praying, whether it's through journaling, meditating on what you want, that is you building your connection with yourself and the creator. You are so Worthy of every single thing in your life. You Are worthy of the strong significant other that supports you and respects you, you are so worthy of the job and career you love, you're so worthy of admiration and respect, that is your birthright. We are all born with the right to be loved fully and unconditionally. So with understanding of how worthy you are, just understand that you can ask for what you want, then take action toward what you want. And then you need to trust the process knowing that every single step you're taking is supported and that everything is happening for you in perfect divine timing. Then when you receive what you wanted to receive, take time to acknowledge it and celebrate it!
